Tharris Inspections uses digital reporting software to capture images and information throughout the home in order to prepare the most informative report possible. We will examine the home with you and discuss our findings throughout the inspection. We are there to provide you information and answer your questions about the home.

Following your inspection, you will receive a digital report outlining findings from the inspection. We are available by phone to discuss the report and its findings. we want to make sure you understand all of the information and are here to help.

Your inspection also includes a complimentary return visit; when you take possession of the home, we will return to go over the inspection documents on site to review the recommendations.
